Kale Pesto
Ingredients

grs. kale
½
clove
garlic
100
grs. toasted pine nuts
3
tbsp.
extra virgin olive oil

tsp.
sea salt
3
tbsp.
nutritional yeast
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash the kale and chop coarsely.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth cream.
This sauce can go pastas, risottos, polenta, quinoa or whatever you can think of!
