  • 350 grs. kale
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 100 grs. toasted pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea ​​salt
  • 3 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • Pepper to taste

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Wash the kale and chop coarsely.
  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth cream.
  • This sauce can go pastas, risottos, polenta, quinoa or whatever you can think of!
