Ingredientes

  • 500 grs. of gnocchi Napoletani noodles
  • 300 grs. fresh spinach
  • 100 grs. hydrated dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. of dried onions
  • 500 grs. potato cheese
  • Salt pepper, olive oil

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Boil pasta according to package specifications, strain and set aside.
  • Wash and dry spinach leaves, coarsely chop them with a knife.
  • Place them in a bowl and add chopped dried tomatoes hydrated, dried onions, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Prepare potato cheese following this recipe.
  • Add part of the potato cheese to the spinach mixture, reserving some to cover the noodles.
  • Mix the noodles with spinach and cheese mixture, place in a greased ovenproof casserole dish.
  • Cover with a little potato cheese, olive oil and pepper.
  • Put it in a hot oven until browning.
