grs. of gnocchi Napoletani noodles
300
grs. fresh spinach
100
grs. hydrated dried tomatoes
2
tbsp.
of dried onions
500
grs. potato cheese
Salt
pepper, olive oil
Instructions
Boil pasta according to package specifications, strain and set aside.
Wash and dry spinach leaves, coarsely chop them with a knife.
Place them in a bowl and add chopped dried tomatoes hydrated, dried onions, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Prepare potato cheese following
this recipe
.
Add part of the potato cheese to the spinach mixture, reserving some to cover the noodles.
Mix the noodles with spinach and cheese mixture, place in a greased ovenproof casserole dish.
Cover with a little potato cheese, olive oil and pepper.
Put it in a hot oven until browning.
