Place the coconut milk, strawberries and syrup in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Place the liquid in a bowl and add chia seeds.
Stir well to incorporate the seeds.
Let it set for a few minutes, the mixture will begin to thicken.
Serve in cups or jars and put into refrigerator for several hours, until desired consistency.
Serve with raw cacao nibs, fresh strawberries or whatever you like.
