Esta ensaladita está buena para el mediodía, livianita pero suculenta. Mezcla de crudo y cocido.
Si no conseguís Tempeh podés reemplazarlo con tofu, con seitán o con las múltiples opciones de carnes vegetales que hay.

Doble Ensalada

Ingredients
- Para la ensalada verde
- Hojas verdes
- Semillas de calabaza
- Sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva y jugo de limón
- Para la ensalada de trigo burgol
- 1/2 taza de trigo burgol crudo
- 1 palta madura
- 1 tomate fresco
- Sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva y jugo de limón
- Opcionales
- Tempeh salteado
- Garbanzos
Instructions
Para la ensalada verde
- Lavar y escurrir bien las hojas verdes.
- Condimentar con sal y jugo de limón.
- Mover bien para que penetre el sabor en las hojas.
- Agregar el aceite, la pimienta y las semillas, mezclar.
Para la ensalada de trigo burgol
- Cocinar el trigo burgol según las especificaciones del paquete.
- Cortar la palta y el tomate en cubitos muy pequeños.
- Agregar la palta y el tomate al trigo ya cocido.
- Aderezar a gusto.

- Green leaves
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice
- For the bulghur salad
- ½ cup raw bulghur
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 fresh tomato
- Salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice
- Optionals
- Tempeh sautéed
- Chickpeas
Instructions
For green salad
- Wash and drain well green leaves.
- Season with salt and lemon juice.
- Move to penetrate well into the leaves.
- Add oil, pepper and seed, mix.
For the bulghur salad
- Cook the bulghur according to package specifications.
- Cut the avocado and tomato into small cubes.
- Add the avocado and tomato to the cooked bulghur.
- Garnish to taste.
